A very warm welcome to Bideford!
Bideford Town Council represents the town and works on behalf of the community to support local services, events, and initiatives that benefit residents, businesses, and visitors. We are the first tier of local government and the one closest to the community, providing opportunities to get involved, annual grant funding for local groups, and support for local events and activities. Our work includes managing allotments, the Pannier Market, the Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service and Bideford Fair as well as helping to organise community events and projects.
As Mayor, it is my pleasure to serve this town and its people. We encourage residents to attend council meetings, take part in local events, and explore ways to contribute to community projects.
