Bid Sustainability

Bideford Sustainability Group Morning and Evening Meetingsare held:

On the 1st Tuesday of every month at The Blacksmith Arms, East-the-Water at 7.30pm.

There is an exception for January 2019, when the meeting will be held on 2nd Tuesday – 8th January. 

Following meetings are 5 February and 5 March 2019.

Morning meetings are held on 3rd Thursday of each month in the Custom House at 11.00 am, and will be - 17 January, 21 February and 21 March 2018

Bideford Town Council are pleased to offer free parking in the following car parks during the lead up to Christmas on the dates shown below.

Free Parking from 10.00 am.

Sunday 2nd December – Christmas Lights Switch On. There will be free parking in Bridge Street, and The Pannier Market (Honestone Street).

Please note that The Quay & The Manor car parks will be closed from 6.00 pm on Saturday 1st December in order to allow set up for the Christmas Lights Switch On, on Sunday 2nd.

Saturday 8th, Saturday 15th and Saturday 22nd December – Free Parking from 10.00 am in Bridge Street, The Pannier Market (Honestone Street), The Pill, The Quay and The Manor Car Parks.

In support of ‘Small Business Day’ Event on Saturday 1st December, there will be free parking in all Bideford car parks from 10.00 am until 6.00 pm, courtesy of Torridge District Council.
