Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held in the Town Hall, Bideford on Wednesday 26 January 2022 at 6.00 pm.

078.     MINUTES
 
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 5 January 2022 were approved and signed as a correct record.

079.     TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS APPARATUS FROM AIRBAND
 
The notifications submitted with the agenda were noted.  The Chairman re-iterated that these notifications are for information only and reminded members that they may wish to keep the paperwork for future reference, should a member of the constituency query any of the works.
 
080.     TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF TREE PRESERVATION ORDER- LAND WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF OLD ORCHARD, GRAYNFYLDE DRIVE, BIDEFORD
 
The notification submitted with the agenda in respect of the Tree Preservation order was noted.
 
081.     PLANNING APPLICATIONS

(Re-consultation).  Replacement of front and rear doors and the creation of new wood framed windows in the front, side and rear elevations.  Jollyboat Brewery, 4A Buttgarden Street, Bideford, EX39 2AU.  Applicant:  Mr Hugh Parry, 4B The Coach House, Buttgarden Street, Bideford, EX39 2AU.  Agent: (None supplied).  (Date received:  19 Jan 2022).

RESOLVED:  That the application is approved, on the proviso that the Conservation Officer is happy with the works proposed.

b.         Application No:  1/0028/2022/LBC.  Replacement battens, felt and slates of roof.  13 Silver Street, Bideford, EX39 2DY.  Applicant:  Miss Laura Dockings (same address).  Agent: (None supplied).  (Date received:  19 Jan 2022).

082.     PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.07 pm.
