055.   MINUTES

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 10th October 2018 were approved and signed as a correct record.

056.   TO RECEIVE A COURTESY MAP OF AN EXTENDED DEVELOPMENT LAYOUT TO AN ALREADY APPROVED ROAD NAME

Members noted the extension to the development.

057.    PLANNING APPLICATIONS

RESOLVED: That the application is approved on the proviso that the Conservation Officer is satisfied with the proposal.

RESOLVED: That whilst members had no objections to the proposal in principle as the entrance is an existing gateway, approval would be subject to querying the vehicular access onto a main road, with a T-junction and a blind spot. There were no DCC Highways comments to note and members were not comfortable that these hazards had not been highlighted.

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
