RESOLVED: That the application is approved, however members wished to
re-iterate their previous comments that they query the absence of any play area and also the rationale of siting residential use on an industrial estate.

058.    PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
