The Minutes of the Meeting held on 31 October 2018 were approved and signed as a correct record.

i.          Application No: 1/1096/2018/FUL: Erection of stables and creation of access track. Land North of A386 Landcross, Bideford.    DCC Highway Consultation response was not available at the 31 October 2018 Planning Committee Meeting for the above planning application. This was included on the agenda as information for members.

RESOLVED: Members considered the application and believe this to be overdevelopment. We have severe concerns of 9 bedrooms sharing 2 kitchen areas, and 1 Lounge and 1 Dining Room. There also appears to be lack of space for waste and recycling containers.

d.        Application No: 1/0032/2018/DIS: Discharge of conditions 7, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20 of planning permission 1/0009/2018/FULM. Land Between Stucley Road and Clovelly Road, Bideford. Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.

The business of the Meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the Members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 6.27 pm.
