107. MINUTES
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 4th April 2018 were approved and signed as a correct record.

108. TO CONSIDER THE CONSULTATION DOCUMENT REGARDING THE BOUNDARY CHANGES IN THE COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE REVIEW AND MAKE REPRESENTATION BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF 29 JUNE 2018
The Chairman explained the reasoning for boundary changes as being required when different wards are increased by development – it keeps the electors per ward member balanced. Members read the contents of the document and noted the changes on the map relevant to this Council.

Application No: 1/0009/2018/FULM: Residential development comprising 72 houses and 4 flats, associated parking, surface water attenuation tanks and creation of new access on Stucley Road (amended site layout). Land Between Stucley Road And Clovelly Road, Bideford, Devon. Applicant: Mr N Giddy, NG Properties SW Ltd, Hows Yard, New Road, Bideford, EX39 2BD. Agent: McCaren Architecture, Plymouth. RESOLVED: Although members were, in principle, in favour of this site being developed they did, however, have strong concerns regarding the access to this development and would request that the Authority’s Plans Committee make a site visit to see for themselves the already difficult accessibility, without increased traffic.
