RESOLVED: Members considered the application and wanted to know if the area where the tree is situated is part of a wildlife corridor? If, however, the Torridge District Council Tree Officer is satisfied members would approve the application. As the tree being proposed to be removed has a TPO, members would ask if a replacement tree would be planted?

The Assistant to the Town Clerk gave an update on planning application decisions received from TDC.
