071.     MINUTES
 
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 15 December 2021 were approved and signed as a correct record.

072.      TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS APPARATUS FROM AIRBAND
 
The Chairman explained that these notifications are for information only and suggested that members keep the paperwork for future reference, should a member of their constituency query the works.
 
073.    PLANNING APPLICATIONS
  
a.        Application No:  1/1398/2021/FUL.  Conversion of second floor into a two-bedroom apartment including the relocation of the staircase between the first and second floor.  20 Buttgarden Street, Bideford, Devon, EX39 2AU.  Applicant: Mr Jennings, 13 Old Torrington Road, Barnstaple, EX31 2DD.  Agent: G W Architects, Shebbear.  (Date received:  15 Dec 2021).
 
Proposed by Councillor P Christie, seconded and
 
RESOLVED:  That the application is approved, on the proviso that the Conservation Officer is happy with the works proposed.

074.    PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.05 pm.
