RESOLVED: That the application is approved, however members wanted to ensure that the original planning stipulation was being adhered to. The original planning underlined that the garages should remain as garages, to reduce the amount of vehicles being parked on the road.

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
