Bideford Town Council will be opening the Town Hall doors for an early evening tour on Thursday 12 September.
The tour will commence at 5.15pm. It is totally free of charge and will last for approximately 1.5 hours. Visitors will learn abut the history of the Council, the bravery and courage of some of our past Mayor, as well as the history of the building.
There will be an chance to meet the Mayor and her Macebearer/Beadle as well as the Town Cryer.
We have some fabulous artefacts, interesting facts about our Town and our amazing Royal Charters dating back over 450 years to view!
