Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held in the Town Hall, Town Hall, Bideford on Wednesday 1 February 2017 at  6.00pm

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 11 January 2017 were approved and signed as a correct record.

073   TO CONSIDER AND FORM REPRESENTATION ON THE DRAFT TRAVELLER SITE ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY, AND CONSULTATION ON DRAFT NORTH DEVON AND TORRIDGE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY CHARGING SCHEDULES AND REGULATION 123 LISTS.

RESOLVED: That this Council asks that the transit site at the Cattle Market is closed immediately to travellers in favour of the two closed but serviced lay-bys on the A39 on the approach to Roundswell, Barnstaple.

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last
