Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held in the Town Hall, Town Hall, Bideford on Wednesday 8 July 2015 at  6.00pm

RESOLVED: That the application is approved.  The Chairman asked Mrs Bailey a technical question regarding the “housing buffer” shown on the plans which was not part of the application.  The Committee further resolved to check the Local Plan for housing on that site.
