The Minutes of the Meeting held on 15 January 2014 were approved and signed as a correct record.

098 PLANNING APPLICATIONS – NOTIFICATION OF DECISIONS BY PLANNING AUTHORITIES AND UPDATE BY CLERK

The Assistant to the Town Clerk listed the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.

099 FEEDBACK FROM TDC
Councillor Mrs Brenton asked that TDC be contacted to ascertain how often TDC agree / disagree with Bideford Town Council decisions particularly those where the Town Council refused the application and Committee members agreed.  Assistant to the Town Clerk to query with TDC if they keep such statistics and to report back.                   

The business of the Meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the Members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 18.45 pm.
