090.      PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION

There was 1 member of the public in attendance.

A member of the public wished to speak on Item 7(h) on the agenda.
He was disappointed to see that Torridge District Council had allowed this planning application to be re-introduced. He felt that this planning application to develop this brownfield site should have been held back and considered at the same time as other developments for the area as shown in the local plan. He also felt the access to the proposed site unsuitable for the amount of traffic that would be generated.

The Chairman thanked the member of the public for his comments and mentioned that Item 7(h) would be considered by members later in the meeting.
