RESOLVED: That the Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Christie, for the Mayoral year  2017 / 2018.

002   ELECT A VICE CHAIRMAN

Councillor Langmead was proposed by Councillor Bushby, and was seconded and

RESOLVED: That the Vice Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Langmead for the Mayoral year 2017 / 2018.

003   APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

004   DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest at this point of the meeting.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 26 April 2017 were approved and signed as a correct record.

008   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK

The Assistant to the Town Clerk gave an update on planning application decisions received from TDC.
