The Minutes of the Meeting held on 18 September 2019 were approved and signed as a correct record.

058. TO AGREE TO CHANGE THE TIME OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR 20 NOVEMBER 2019 AT 6.00PM TO 6.30PM

RESOLVED: That the time would be changed so that the meeting would start at 6.30pm.
