RESOLVED: That the application is refused on the following grounds:
• Accessibility onto Abbotsham Road is limited and could be seen as dangerous.
• The site for dwellings would be badly related to the Town Centre for shops and services.
• The drainage is as yet unsupported and this Council agrees with the report from South West Water: “that South West Water are not satisfied that the public foul drainage network has capacity to support the development without causing downstream sewer flooding and have no plans to undertake any works to increase capacity”.
