Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held in the Town Hall, Bideford on Wednesday 14 June 2023 at 6.00 pm.

012. MINUTES
 
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 24 May 2023 were approved and signed as a correct record.

Application No: 1/0334/2023/OUT.  Outline application for 1 no. dwelling with all matters reserved.  Land At Grid Reference 246188 126526, East Ridge View, Bideford, Devon.  Applicant: Mr Robert Lester, Rowan Home SW, 2 Hampton Terrace, Bideford, EX39 2HR.  Agent: (None submitted).  (Date received:  22 May 2023).

RESOLVED:  Members deferred making a decision on the application.  They raised the following points:
 
(a) Members would like further information on the current conditions on site.
(b) Members would like a Tree Report on the trees situated on the site. They would like to know what action is proposed for these trees, and whether they are considered to be healthy.

014. PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.15 pm.
