097.     DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillor Christie (Chairman) declared a non-pecuniary interest in Item 5 (b and c), as the current Chairman of Bideford Bridge Trust

098.     PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION

There were no members of the public in attendance.

099.     MINUTES

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 29 January 2020 were approved and signed as a correct record.

RESOLVED: That the application is approved, on the proviso that the Conservation Officer is satisfied with the proposed works.

RESOLVED: That the application is refused on the grounds that the works are not in-keeping with the listed building it is attached to and is out of character with the surrounding conservation area.
