Councillor Christie was proposed by Councillor Bushby and was seconded by Councillor S Inch, and
 
RESOLVED: That the Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Christie. for the Mayoral year 2022 / 2023.

002.   ELECT A VICE CHAIRMAN
 
Councillor Mrs Langford was proposed by Councillor Mrs Gubb, and was seconded by Councillor Bushby, and
 
RESOLVED: That the Vice Chairman for the Planning Committee is Councillor Mrs Langford, for the Mayoral year 2022 / 2023.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 20 April 2022 and 11 May 2022 were approved and signed as a correct record.

009.   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK 
 
The Clerk gave an update on planning application decisions received from TDC.
 
 
The business of the Meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the Members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 6.13 pm.
