035.   TO AGREE AND RESOLVE UPON MOVING THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETINGS INTO THE COUNCIL CHAMBER COMMENCING 14TH SEPTEMBER 2022
 
The Clerk explained that the Council Chamber now has the facility to access Planning Applications on the new equipment recently installed.

RESOLVED:  That as of the next meeting on Wednesday 14th September 2022, Planning Committee meetings will be held in the Council Chamber.

036.   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.20 pm.
