095   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last
meeting.

The Chairman, on the request of the Town Clerk, asked members if they would approve a trial of changing the day for sending out Agendas from a Wednesday to a Friday before a meeting, and sending electronically on that same day.  This is in order to nullify costly addendums that need to be sent when time sensitive applications are received on a Wednesday or Thursday.

All members agreed to a trial that would start with the next Planning Committee Meeting on 17 May 2017, with the agenda being posted and emailed on Friday 12th May 2017.

The business of the Meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the Members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 6.15 pm.
