RESOLVED: That the application is refused. Members regarded this application as over-development of a small area and that is was too big a project for its situation. It was noted that the applicant is not in residence. Members requested that it be minuted and noted by the Authority that in the event of the application being granted, opaque windows are fitted to elevations where neighbouring properties would be overlooked.

RESOLVED: That in principle members were in favour of a brown field site being developed. They did, however, have strong concerns and seriously questioned the access into this development. It enters via an already busy and crowded Estate road. With this in mind Councillor A T Inch agreed to Call In the application and requested a Site Visit.
