15. STREET NAMING - TDC STREET NAMING REF. DEV/0023/2024 – 3 NEW STREET NAMES

Members considered the 8 names as suggested by the developer for the new streets, and it was,

Proposed by Councillor Mrs L Hellyer, seconded by Councillor J McKenzie, and

RESOLVED: That Aspen, Whitebeam and Buckthorn are the suggested names chosen for the 3 new streets.

TDC would be notified of this decision, by the extended deadline of 28 June 2024 in line with their Street Naming and Numbering Policy.

16. PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK

Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
