The Minutes of the Meeting held on 3 August 2022 were approved and signed as a correct record.

RESOLVED:  That the application is refused for the following reasons:
 
• Over-development of the area
• The potential for access problems as members observed that the driveway is very narrow

035.   TO AGREE AND RESOLVE UPON MOVING THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETINGS INTO THE COUNCIL CHAMBER COMMENCING 14TH SEPTEMBER 2022
 
The Clerk explained that the Council Chamber now has the facility to access Planning Applications on the new equipment recently installed.

RESOLVED:  That as of the next meeting on Wednesday 14th September 2022, Planning Committee meetings will be held in the Council Chamber.

036.   PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.20 pm.
