099.    MINUTES
 
The Minutes of the Meeting held on 9 March 2022 were approved and signed as a correct record.

100.    TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF INSTALLATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS APPARATUS FROM AIRBAND
 
The notification submitted with the agenda were noted.  The Chairman re-iterated that these notifications are for information only and reminded members that they may wish to keep the paperwork for future reference, should a member of the constituency query any of the works.
 
 
101.   PLANNING APPLICATIONS
 
There were no planning applications listed.
 
 
102. PLANNING AUTHORITIES UPDATE BY CLERK
 
Members noted the decisions received from Torridge District Council since the last meeting.
 
 
 
The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked Members for their attendance and the meeting concluded at 6.03 pm.
