072 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

There were none.

073 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION

A member of the Public spoke with regard to agenda item 5.e.  He stated that the pump house had been derelict for ten years and, given that it was surrounded by the Wooda Surgery facilities, it enjoyed only shared access.  Concern was expressed upon the access and safety.  Car parking is extremely tight, with no drop off facility; given the double yellow lines adjacent to the Ethelwynne Browne development vehicles have to stop in the main road.  The congestion currently experienced would only be made worse.  The development and subsequent use would have a detrimental effect upon the Emergency vehicles and those elderly and infirm patients.  There are pathways surrounding the structure on two sides while the third side is only two to three metres away from the consulting rooms.
