012 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION
A member of the public spoke on behalf of the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England with regards to Planning Application Number: 1/0321/2011/FUL. Retention of mobile home for supervisory purposes for a period of 3 years – amended description. LA Stables, Coach Drive, Bideford EX39 5JH.
The member of the public briefly outlined the history of the site and then expressed the following concerns:
• He feels that the temporary application will give the applicant time to justify a viable business which may in turn be cited as justification for a more permanent home.
• He feels that planning permission is being achieved in an incremental way “through the back door”.
