There were no apologies for absence.
(As Councillor Christie had not yet arrived at the meeting, Councillor Ms Farrington took the Chair).

No members of the public were present at the meeting.

The Minutes of the meeting held on 27 October 2010 were approved and signed as a correct record. .

RESOLVED: That the application is approved but the Council would like to see renewable energy in the form of photo voltaic modules on the south facing roofs plus possible small scale wind turbines plus the implementation of the recommendations in the Devon Wildlife Report.
