There were no declarations of interest.

029    PUBLIC PARTICIPATION SESSION

A parishioner spoke on behalf of those members of the public present with regards to Planning Application No 1/0654/2010/OUT – 27 Thornton Close, Bideford.  Concerns expressed by the residents were as follows:

•    Garden grabbing
•    Loss of habitat (badger run and protected hedgerows)
•    Parking issues with school in vicinity
•    Visual amenity (3 storey house considerable higher than existing house)
•    Sight lines
•    Drainage issues
