001    ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED: That Councillor Christie be appointed Chairman for the year 2010/2011.

002    ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED: That Councillor Ms Farrington be appointed Vice-Chairman for the year 2010/2011.

004    DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillors Christie, Mrs Davies, Ms Farrington and Vanstone declared a personal interest in agenda items 4.i. and j. (Bideford Town Council owns Ford House Woodland).

The Minutes of the meeting held on 12 May 2010 were approved and signed as a correct record.

RESOLVED: That the application is approved but the Council would like to see the integrity of the listed building protected. Existing features should be retained and repaired where practical.

08    PLANNING APPLICATIONS – NOTIFICATION OF DECISIONS BY PLANNING AUTHORITIES

The Committee noted the content of those Planning Applications which had been granted/refused by Planning Authorities since the last meeting.

The business of the meeting having been completed, the Chairman thanked the members for their attendance and the Meeting concluded at 6.55 pm.
