RESOLVED: That the application is refused on the grounds that there is not sufficient information regarding the historic features which may need retention.  The Council would like to see photographic documentation of these historic features and would also like to recommend that Torridge District Council carries out a site visit to ascertain which historic features are worthy of retention.
