Councillors Pester, Fulford and Inch declared that as both Town and District Councillors they wanted to make it clear that they will reconsider the applications at District level, taking into account all the relevant evidence and representations at the District tier.

Members considered the Council’s response to the North Devon and Torridge Core Strategy.  Proposed by Councillor Christie, seconded and

RESOLVED: That the formulation of the Town Council’s response be deferred until the Planning meeting on 17 February 2010 in order to request the attendance of a Torridge District Council Planning Officer at that meeting.
