You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Planning Committee of the above-named Council to be held in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Bideford, on Wednesday 7 January 2009 at 6.30 pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

If you are unable to attend the Meeting you should make arrangements for another Member of the Council, not on the Committee, to substitute for you in accordance with Council policy. If you anticipate being late in arriving, please inform the Deputy Town Clerk as soon as possible.

In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 members of the public are welcome to attend.
